Round 2

Hi Friends,

Well, Cora had a trip to the ER in Davis yesterday and by the end of the day we were being transported to Sutter Memorial in Sacramento.

Cora required another emergency surgery to her bowel. After two spinal taps and multiple blood draws for infection screening, the docs concluded Cora and her tummy just didn't look right. The surgeon decided to prep her right away.

So what turned into what was just going to be a short hospital stay is going to result in at least a week long trip. Molly and I were (still are) tired, scared and somewhat disbelief.
